Yoga Therapy
Stress and emotion don’t just live in the mind—they settle in the body. Through therapeutic yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, we gently release tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance from within. Yoga Therapy is especially supportive for anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, or feeling disconnected from your body. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “into yoga”—only willing to listen to your body and let it guide you back to wholeness.
Classes & Workshops
Our classes and workshops are gentle spaces to pause, restore, and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom. Through restorative and therapeutic yoga, guided meditation, sound baths, Reiki healing, and other holistic practices, we create experiences that calm the nervous system, soften stress, and awaken a deeper sense of ease, clarity, and joy. You don’t need to be experienced—just open to slowing down, receiving, and letting your whole being exhale.
